very punctual, good driver (good speed), well informed, and pleasant person. Chauffeur was very good, flexible with customer needs, and knows the region.
The gorilla tour was not well organized by the National Park rangers.
Responsible tour operators? Yes, it's good you called me to confirm if I was satisfied with the driver.
I would also recommend you take guests to Lake Bnuyori to sleep at (for example at Overland) rather than Kabale, the first is a much nicer setting.
The car was very good and the restaurants chosen for food had nice food.

Peter (the driver guide) was great! His overall performance was wonderful. African Secrets is responsible, but there could have been more communication prior to departure - for example, I did not get Peter's phone # until a day or 2 before we left .. he wasn't given our phone #s. For most part, the administration was helpful.
Great holiday experience.
