5 Days Uganda Fishing trip

Great and memorable adventure in Uganda mixed with a relaxing fishing tour on Africa’s largest lake – Lake Victoria. Enjoy five (5) days fishing tour to the Islands of Ssese. Ssese Islands is a small cluster of over eighty (80) islands off Entebbe, is an un-touched paradise - except for the traveling local fisher-men going about their cultural way of life - covered in thick tropical forests that are home to many birds and monkeys. While on this fishing tour, you will have the opportunity to fish and catch as many fish species including Tilapia fish, Nile Perch fish, Lung fish, and other fish type.

This trip is on daily departure.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to accommodation in Entebbe
Upon your arrival, the safari guide / company representative will received and transfer you to Entebbe guest house accommodation or any other Entebbe hotel/lodge for dinner and overnight. Dinner and Overnight in Entebbe

Day 2: Fishing on Lake Victoria
Have early morning breakfast before transferring to Lake Victoria for fishing expedition with well and fully equipped fishing boat with all necessary fishing equipment at your disposal. After your fishing on Lake Victoria, head back to your accommodation in Entebbe.
Dinner and overnight in Entebbe

Day 3: Trip to Ssese Islands
After a morning breakfast, be transferred to Nakiwogo landing site in Entebbe Municipality (OR Bukakata landing site in Masaka) to board the ferry to the islands. Relax at this beautiful island, before proceeding to your beach hotel OR beach resort for dinner and overnight.
Optional route: If using the Entebbe to Masaka route to board the ferry from Bukakata landing site, you will enjoy a stop-over at the Equator line for photograph taking, scenery views with cultural displays and lunch meal before continuing on the drive to Bukakata landing site where you board the ferry to Luuku site on the other side of the beautiful Ssese Islands

Day 4: Fishing and full day Ssese Islands tour
This morning, after your breakfast at your beach accommodation, go for another awe-inspiring yet relaxing fishing tour on Lake Victoria – the largest lake in Africa. After having lunch, enjoy a trip to the local fishing villages around the island to view the various cultural norms on Ssese Island or, alternatively, enjoy a guided nature walk in the forests on the islands. If the morning fishing catch was not satisfactory, you have the chance to go for another evening fishing session on the lake.

Day 5: Water Sailing from Ssese Islands to Entebbe
Enjoy your last breakfast by the beach on the Island, then head to the landing site on Ssese Islands for your transfer back to the landing site in Entebbe where you will meet your tour guide / safari driver who will transfer you to your desired drop-off point in Entebbe. This will mark the end of your 5days Uganda fishing safari.
