10 Days Uganda Primates and Kenya Wildlife Safari

Day One: Journey to the Chimpanzee Forest
Leave your hotel in Kampala early morning for your drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Reach the park by in the afternoon and go for a rewarding community walk in the near by local village. Dinner and overnight at Primates Lodge, Chimps Nest

Day Two: Chimp Tracking
Meet the rangers at the park headquarters and enter the forest for the chimp walk. Listen and look for the Chimps and once you locate them spend your time with them and later return to your lodge for lunch. After lunch, drive to Bwindi where you will be by evening. Dinner and overnight at Engagi Lodge, Ruhijja Gorilla lodge, Buhoma Community Bandas

Day Three: Gorilla Tracking
Early entrance into the Gorilla Forest with parked lunch, track the Gentle giants and after locating them spend an hour with them before you leave Bwindi for Lake Bunyonyi where you will catch your dinner and overnight .

Day Four: A day spent at Lake Bunyonyi
After morning breakfast visit the Bakiga local residents in the near by local villages, relax as you have lunch and later enjoy a boat ride on Africa’s second deepest lake. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Day Five: Leave Lake Bunyonyi for Kampala
Have your relaxed breakfast before you embark on your journey back to Kampala, reach Kampala late afternoon and head to Entebbe for Dinner and overnight at your Lodge

Day Six: Fly to Nairobi
Catch a morning flight to Nairobi and once in Nairobi continue to Lake Nakuru National Park. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/campsite

Day Seven: Game Drives
Enjoy two Game drives where you visit Nakuru’s highlights the Rhino sanctuary, see the Pink flamingoes, the black and white colobus monkeys and plenty of other wildlife. Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day Eight: Lake Nakuru
Appreciate Nakuru’s wildlife in a morning game drive, you may see plenty of animals and birds especially the famous Nakuru pink flamingoes. Have breakfast at your lodge before you finally leave for Mara. Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day Nine: Game drives in the Mara
Discover Mara in two game drives, at darn you will look for the Big five, especially the nocturnal and the big and small animals found in the Mara. Have picnic lunch and choose between visiting the Masai Villages at an extra cost or continue with an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day Ten: Return to Nairobi
After breakfast at your lodge enjoy an en route game drive as you exit the Mara for your journey back to Nairobi where the safari ends.
